Reflexology is a relaxing foot massage combined with acupressure. All major nerve endings and energy lines from our organs end in the feet (there are over 7000 nerve endings on each foot!). By stimulating these nerve
endings and clearing congestion in the energy lines, the overall function and health of the organs will improve. Reflexology works directly with the nervous system, calming it and re-setting it. Releasing pressure from the nervous system causes the body to go into its natural balance. Which allows the body to regenerate and heal itself.
