Kendra Armstrong, the sole owner and operator of Mindful Moon Energy Healing, is a passionate Reiki Master, Advanced Reflexologist, Sound Healer, and a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture student dedicated to holistic health and wellness. Her journey into energy healing began as a personal quest to heal her traumas and physical ailments, but she soon discovered a deep love for helping others on their healing paths. Now, she is fully aligned with her soul's mission, guiding others through their emotional and physical transformations.
