Kendra Armstrong is the sole owner and operator of Mindful Moon Energy Healing. She is a reiki master, advanced reflexologist, sound healer and teacher who is passionate about holistic health and wellness. She took her reiki training to heal her own traumas and illnesses but ended up falling in love with the feeling of helping others. Now following her soul mission she is assisting others in healing their emotional and physical distresses.
Kendra has created a safe and welcoming healing space that you will feel comfortable and secure in. You are guaranteed to have a relaxing and warm experience at Mindful Moon for those looking for Reiki, Reflexology, or Sound Healing in Kamloops.
